Your Role as an Registered Behavior Technician at CST Academy

Targeted Therapy:
Plan and provide individualized therapy for a diverse group of children.

Data Analysis:
Use data to make informed decisions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Collaboration:
Work closely with BCBAs to implement personalized programs for each child.

Building Relationships:
Foster strong connections with children and their families, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your approach.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required. We provide excellent training and support.
Attributes: We value openness to working with children of all ages and disorders, strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and flexibility.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
