Your Role as an RBT/BT at CST Academy
- Targeted Therapy: Plan and provide individualized therapy for a diverse group of children.
- Data Analysis: Use data to make informed decisions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BCBAs to implement personalized programs for each child.
- Building Relationships: Foster strong connections with children and their families, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required. We provide excellent training and support.
- Attributes: We value openness to working with children of all ages and disorders, strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and flexibility.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
