About the Position

As a BCBA at CST Academy, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of young learners. You will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for children aged 2-6. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor a team of talented Behavior Technicians (BTs), working alongside a multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals.

What You’ll Do

Manage a caseload of children and their families
Manage a caseload of children and their families, fostering strong relationships and open communication
treatment plans
Develop and monitor comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Supervise and train
Supervise and train BTs, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
assessments
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary professionals
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary professionals to provide holistic care
team meetings
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience

Experience
Minimum of two years of experience working with autistic children or other developmental disabilities. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills

Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Ability to supervise and train others independently. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Education

Education
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Collaboration

Collaboration
Experience working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

CST Academy offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide an attractive benefits package, including:
