About the Position
What You’ll Do
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience
Minimum of two years of experience working with autistic children or other developmental disabilities. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Ability to supervise and train others independently. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Education
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Collaboration
Experience working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
