Our team of expert clinicians, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, and behavior therapists, work collaboratively to create personalized learning experiences for each child.
Gain Valuable Experience
As a Classroom Assistant, you'll have the incredible opportunity to:
Build Clinical Skills
Work alongside experienced professionals and learn evidence-based practices for supporting children with autism, speech and language delays, sensory processing disorder, and other developmental needs.
Learn Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Receive comprehensive training in ABA therapy and gain hands-on experience leading sessions under the supervision of skilled therapists.
Make a Real Difference
Contribute to the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant will include:
Planning and providing support in our engaging classroom activities.
Interacting with and assisting lead clinicians who oversee the program.
Implementing behavioral therapy techniques under the guidance of BCBAs.
Contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children.
- Openness to working with children of all ages and abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
