Kendra graduated with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from St. Louis University in 2017. She has spent her career working in various pediatric settings, such as outpatient settings and therapeutic schools. Kendra has experience working with children and their families from birth to high school on sensory processing skills, fine and visual motor skills, gross motor skills, handwriting, visual perceptual skills, oculomotor control, executive functioning skills, self care skills, emotional regulation skills and feeding. Kendra has advanced education in Handwriting Without Tears, primitive reflex integration and the SOS Approach to Feeding. Kendra believes that children learn best through play and she focuses on the child’s strengths and personal interests to empower them to reach their full potential throughout therapy sessions. She also values a family centered approach and believes in building a strong relationship with families and external providers to ensure consistency across the child's environments.
