Our Evaluation Process

Parent Intake Meeting

Duration: 1 hour (virtual)

Our process begins with a virtual parent meeting, where we gather detailed information about your child’s development, behaviors, and any concerns. This discussion helps us tailor the assessment to best address your child’s needs.

Testing Appointments

Duration: Two sessions, each approximately 2-3 hours

Your child will engage in one-on-one sessions with our experienced clinicians, using developmentally appropriate activities such as structured play, paper-and-pencil tasks, and interactive exercises. Parents of younger children are welcome to stay in the room, while older children typically complete testing independently in a distraction-free setting.

Scoring and Analysis

After testing, our team carefully analyzes the results, reviewing standardized assessments and observational data to develop a comprehensive developmental profile.

Feedback Meeting

Duration: 1 hour (virtual)

Within two weeks of the final testing session, we schedule a virtual feedback meeting to review the results. Our team will explain any diagnoses and provide clear, personalized recommendations for next steps, including referrals for therapy or additional support services.
