How We’re Actually Tracking This
We’re a multidisciplinary practice, ABA, speech, OT, PT, and feeding therapy all under one roof, so we’re used to measuring progress across different areas. For our younger learners, that means the VB-MAPP, a milestones-based tool that tracks language, learning, and social skills in children functioning developmentally under age 4. Older learners are tracked with other standardized assessments suited to their level. Either way, the goal is the same: making sure the skills we’re teaching actually matter for your child in real life.
Growth, Month by Month

This data reflects a retrospective look at younger learners at CST Academy assessed at the onset of services using the VB-MAPP Milestones Assessment over a 2-year period. Older learners, or those outside the VB-MAPP’s developmental range, are tracked using other standardized assessments and aren’t included in this dataset. Results vary based on age, starting skill level, therapy hours, and each child’s individual needs.
