About CST Academy
CST Academy is a multidisciplinary center specializing in providing comprehensive care for children ages 2-6 with ASD. Our holistic approach combines ABA therapy with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other specialized services to address the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children on your caseload.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment plans.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized programs.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- Prior ABA experience is preferred, but we offer excellent training for those new to the field.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required).
- Passion for working with children with ASD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
