Your Role as an Occupational Therapist at CST Academy

  • Individualized Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify each child's unique strengths and challenges.
  • Customized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address sensory processing, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-care, and play skills.
  • Parent Education & Collaboration: Partner with parents and caregivers to provide education, support, and resources to help them understand their child's needs and promote skill development at home.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other therapists and educators to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to each child's development.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Illinois
  • Experience working with children with diverse learning needs and/or autism
  • Passion for empowering young learners and making a positive impact
