CST Academy specializes in providing comprehensive, individualized therapy and education to children ages 2-6 with diverse learning needs, including autism spectrum disorder. Our multidisciplinary approach includes ABA therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, and a therapeutic preschool program.

Your Role as a Physical Therapist at CST Academy
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive, play-based therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
- Parent Collaboration: Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure carryover of skills and strategies into the home environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other therapists and educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment for each child.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document each child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- License: Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
- Experience: Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs is preferred.
- Passion: A strong passion for helping children reach their full potential.
