Your Role as a Physical Therapist at CST Academy

  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive, play-based therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Parent Collaboration: Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure carryover of skills and strategies into the home environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other therapists and educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment for each child.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document each child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • License: Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
  • Experience: Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs is preferred.
  • Passion: A strong passion for helping children reach their full potential.
