Your Role as an SLP at CST Academy
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each child.
- Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions to foster communication skills and social interaction.
- Collaboration: Partner with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Advocacy: Promote awareness and understanding of communication disorders within the community.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- License: Current Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience: Experience working with children with diverse learning needs and autism is preferred.
- Passion: A strong desire to help children reach their communication goals.
