Your Role as an SLP at CST Academy

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Individualized Therapy: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each child.
  • Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions to foster communication skills and social interaction.
  • Collaboration: Partner with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Advocacy: Promote awareness and understanding of communication disorders within the community.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • License: Current Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience: Experience working with children with diverse learning needs and autism is preferred.
