Samantha Duff, OTD, OTR/L

Sam is a dedicated occupational therapist with a deep commitment to helping children thrive. At CST Academy, she has worn many hats, including Clinical Mentor and Clinic Director of the 2121 N Clybourn clinic. In her current role as Director of Site Development, Sam is focused on expanding access to top-notch care and making a positive impact on the communities that CST Academy serves.

Sam earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Iowa State University and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. Her career spans a range of pediatric settings, including hospitals, schools, and outpatient clinics across the country. Her professional journey includes experience in academia, helping to mentor future occupational therapists.

What drives Sam is her passion for supporting children through a strengths-based approach and by celebrating their unique abilities. She is a strong advocate for neurodiversity and embraces each child’s individual interests and valuable occupations. Sam collaborates with families to provide ongoing support beyond the clinic, providing them with tools and strategies that make a difference in their everyday lives.

As Director of Site Development, Sam combines her clinical knowledge and leadership skills to create innovative and inclusive therapeutic environments. Her goal is to ensure every child receives the services they need to succeed and to support families every step of the way.
